And I was like "What a crazy coincidence! You should try this recipe my amazing cooking friend just put up online. Check out her blog." Because of course she had a pear lying on the counter, too. Weird, right? (these are not ingredients I usually have lying around). Anyway, she made the dish and said it was really good!
